- All COD(Cash On Delivery) will processed only after the buyer/receiver Verify and confirm COD orders using WhatsApp No( receivers No.). Message is sent immediately after a COD order is placed. If the customer verify it within 24 hours the order will be confirmed and its fulfilment status will update to processing, else the order will be cancelled.

-As per the company policy, We may charge COD(Cash On Delivery) Booking amount, to processes the order to avoid unnecessary returns . This policy is to segregate the genuine customers and serve them better.

- No refund of the COD(Cash On Delivery) Booking amount paid during the order confirmation, if the delivery fails after repeated attempt to contact the customer/Person receiving the package or Non-acceptance of the package by the customer/person authorized to receive the package.
